Octa Clark, Lafayette, 1997

I took this picture at the Mulate’s Restaurant in Breaux Bridge, because Octa used to play there every Saterday night.

He was retired of doing gigs like that and didn’t like it to come to his house, so I decided to photograph him on his vaste diner table at the Mulate’s where he ate his crawfish étouffé and had fun with the people around him, still every Saterday night.
